The Global CIO Institute is thrilled to announce its first ever Women in Tech initiative, in partnership with schools across the UK.
The virtual event, scheduled for the 10th and the 12th of May, 2022, will feature award-winning female leaders in the field of IT sharing their stories on leading in a male-dominated sector and what it takes to break the glass ceiling.
In a sector that is slowly but steadily making progress in shrinking the gender gap, it is critical for students to be able to view IT as a strong, and valid, career option - and the CIO Institute intends to bridge this gap.
For over an hour over two days, schools will hear short inspiring stories from Robin Sutara, CDO of Microsoft, Claire Deuchar, CIO of RNLI, Belinda Finch, CIO of Three UK, Dax Grant, of the Forbes Technology Council, and so many more.
What's even better is that these experts will be available for questions afterwards, giving students the opportunity to ask any big or small questions they may have, or any career advice they would like at all.
Schools across the UK are welcome to this event and can register for access here. To view the agenda, click here.
