The Global CIO Institute ran its flagship Oxford event at the Examination Schools in Oxford yesterday. The one-day event saw more than 300 attendees with speakers like Chris Philp, MP and Minister of Technology and the Digital Economy, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports, Steve Janoo, Global CIO of Dyson, Diana Kennedy, CTO of Bupa, Victoria Higgin, CDIO of National Highways and Nathan Marsh, CDO of Turner and Townsend.

The event saw some of the world's best service providers in attendance from RingCentral, Laiye, Acquia, Imperva, Akamai, and so many others which saw the various rooms buzzing with conversations and excitement over being able to meet in-person again. The directory of service providers at the event meant that CIOs had the opportunity to source for any kind of product or service that they were looking for, without having to move a finger or leave their seat.

Due to the success of the event, the Global CIO Institute will be running the #OxfordVirtual, as a spin-off from the physical event, allowing attendees to reconnect with their peers and for those who were unable to attend, the opportunity to catch up on what they have missed. Tune in to this half-day event on the 12th of April as we reveal some of the highlights of the day and bring to you some new insights, all from the comfort of your own home.

Access to this event is complimentary, join the CIO community here to be a part of the ongoing dialogue.
